Configuration parameters

The keys of the YAML configuration file and the command-line option each one matches.

--config <file.yaml> reads the YAML subset of mongod files. Command-line options win over the file. An unknown key is a usage error that names the file.

An option with a mongod equivalent keeps its name and key; one of TeselaDB's own is in kebab-case and under teseladb.*.
