With w: "majority" and a negative wtimeout, it sometimes answers WriteConcernTimeout.
What TeselaDB does
A negative wtimeout gives no error. The write answers once the requested replicas have it.
What your application has to do
Use a wtimeout of 0 or more; a negative value makes no sense.
