buildInfo, hostInfo and serverStatus describe the MongoDB process.
What TeselaDB does
They have MongoDB's shape with TeselaDB's data. buildInfo announces 9.0.4. serverStatus only carries the sections that have data in TeselaDB.
What your application has to do
If your monitoring reads a section that does not appear, such as tcmalloc or sharding, make it treat it as absent.
