Document named when an index build fails

What changes in Document named when an index build fails compared with MongoDB and what your application has to do.

This difference is of the Different kind.

What MongoDB does

It scans the collection in insertion order and names the first rejected document it finds.

What TeselaDB does

It scans in _id order and names the first rejected document in that order. They match when _id values grow on insert, like ObjectId.

What your application has to do

Fix every rejected document, not only the one the error names.
