teselaBuckets option on indexes

createIndexes has no such option.
What TeselaDB does
createIndexes accepts teselaBuckets, the number of hash buckets the index entries are spread over.
What your application has to do
Use it on indexes over values that always grow, such as dates or counters, so writes do not pile up on one range.
