Several tenants in one cluster
What changes in Several tenants in one cluster compared with MongoDB and what your application has to do.
This difference is of the Extension kind.
What MongoDB does
A cluster does not split its users into tenants.
What TeselaDB does
Each user belongs to a tenant and only sees its databases. A user of a tenant other than 0 only has listDatabases, bypassDefaultMaxTimeMS and useUUID on the cluster. A connection of tenant 0 can work in another tenant with the $tenant argument.
What your application has to do
If you do not use tenants, nothing. Everything lives in tenant 0 and behaves as in MongoDB.
